The website is very easy to use, it is so much easier than the Ayla Barr site. I emailed a question about returns, and received a prompt reply assuring me a 30 day return window.

The delivery emails were a bit premature, tbh, but I did get my product in a timely manner. The problem is that the "Did you receive your package?" email arrived before tracking showed it delivered.
