Returns
We have a 30-day return policy for merchandise that is unworn (no perfume), unused or undamaged (except for holiday gifts).
A return authorization number is required for your return. Please email the order number, date of purchase, item number, and the reason for your return to support@artfullyadorned.com. We will promptly issue a return authorization number via email.
Regarding defects, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement, if possible, or will issue a full refund for the merchandise value once we receive the item (s) back. We can be reached by phone at 888-527-8265 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, Pacific Time. For one-of-kind items, please understand that we will make every attempt to find a suitable replacement or issue a full refund if we are unable to do so.
Please Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Exception: MyRewards Members receive FREE RETURNS on jewelry. Simply create an account. Note: Free applies to U.S. customers only. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
